On Aranymonostor’s journey through history, the past comes to life before visitors’ eyes. Using the latest technologies, we welcome visitors all year round with an immersive 180-degree film that surrounds the audience, guided tours for every visitor, and special VR headsets.
At the nearby archaeological excavation site, the staff of the Katona József Museum of Kecskemét are uncovering the remains of Pétermonostora. The excavation can also be visited by prior arrangement.
The programme is suitable for both children and adults. During the guided tour, we take into account the visitors’ age and prior knowledge to provide everyone with a personalised and engaging experience.
