Choose your discount coupon!
On the Discount coupons page, you can browse all currently available offers. On each coupon page you will find details of the discount, its validity period, the conditions of use, and the partner or partners where the coupon can be redeemed.
Some coupons are available in limited quantities, and the number of coupons that each user may request can also be limited.
Once you have found the right offer, click the Request coupon button to start your request.
Good to know
Before requesting a coupon, always read the detailed terms of the offer and check the validity period, the participating partner and any restrictions on use.
Confirm your request by e-mail!
After submitting your coupon request, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Click the link in the message to confirm that you requested the coupon. Your coupon will only be issued after the e-mail confirmation.
Didn’t receive the e-mail?
Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder as well. If you still cannot find the message, you can resend the confirmation e-mail from your Profile page.
Receive your discount coupon
After successful e-mail confirmation, the system automatically creates your personal discount coupon. You will also receive an e-mail notification when the coupon has been issued. You can open it using the link in the e-mail or, after logging in, find your requested coupons under Profile / My coupons. Here you can check their current status and validity at any time.
How to redeem your coupon
When you want to use the discount, visit the participating partner shown on the coupon page.
Do not redeem the coupon in advance!
The coupon must always be redeemed at the participating partner, with the partner present.
Show the valid discount coupon on your phone. The partner will start the redemption process using their own Partner NFC Card. The system records the successful redemption. After this, the coupon cannot be used again unless the terms of the offer specifically allow otherwise. The coupon may only be used at an authorised participating partner, within its validity period and in accordance with the conditions stated on the coupon.
Important: what do you need to redeem a coupon?
To redeem a coupon, you need an NFC-enabled smartphone and an active mobile internet connection.
Before redemption, make sure that your phone supports NFC, that NFC is switched on, and that you have an active mobile internet connection. Hold the Partner NFC Card close to your phone’s NFC sensor. The redemption process will then continue on your phone.
The partner’s responsibility
The actual provision of the discount, the availability, quality and price of the relevant product or service, and any other commercial terms associated with the coupon are the responsibility of the partner issuing or accepting the coupon. If you have any questions or problems relating to the use of the discount, please contact the relevant partner directly.
